Journey of an Indie Author

Finding a niche audience is difficult for a non-socially driven writer. I have learned finding a community of writers and authors to connect with has greatly helped me open up and feel more comfortable. 

Writing an MM Dystopian Slow-Burn Romantasy isn't easy, especially the editing part. Being an Indie Author, I've had to educate myself with every part of the publishing process that I knew or discovered along my journey. 

My feelings on this winding road have been similar to Pantu's journey of self-discovery and acceptance. I didn't think the fluctuations would affect me as much as it has, but I am determined to see the first series in the Collections through. 

I hope to one day be able to share what I have learned with others and to continue to write tropes which will surprise readers and open them up to a new world and a different way of reading.
